2011 has definitely been a year of change, including a move and starting grad school. Running and schoolwork has been difficult to juggle at times, but I am glad I've been able to stick with the running despite a heavy course load.
Goals for 2012:
- Learn to better balance life, school and fitness
- Early to bed, early to rise (as I'm sitting here typing at 1am...)
- Arrive at the start line to Blue Ridge healthy and happy
- Focus on the fact that you run because you enjoy it
- Rediscover your bike!
